How to send quicktime videos...?

...i recently uploaded a video, how can i get an embed code without uploading to myspace, youtube, or photobucket? also i cant just email the video becuz it takes a really long time 2 attach(i tried that already)

An embed code is a link or address to the video - that means the video needs to be uploaded. No upload, not address, no embed code.

If the size is OK with their requirements, try uploading to YouSendIt.com  and yes, big files can take a long time to upload.
