How to set a Mp4 back to touch

Question

I just got a mp4. I've accidentally set it to buttons and not touch. I don't know how to change it back. When I touch calibrate the screen turns blue and has what looks like a pin point. I have to reset it to get back to the normal screen.

Please provide step by step
