How to set a place on my group so that members can upload files there but can not open the contents?

I want to set up a place on my group so that members can put their assignments there but they can not open any file so that they can not view and change other assignment files

i'm pretty sure you can't do that i'm afraid - either files are open to all, or only moderators can upload and edit things
