You can't "set" the idle in any of the computer fuel injected cars as the PCM does this depending on what it sees on the data stream. All you can do is set the minimum idle and possibly the throttle position sensor at minimum idle. You have to drive the IAC motor all the way in, disconnect it and set it to the factory spec. Then set the TPS to the minimum setting from the factory.
