How to set permanent marker into fabric??

okay well im a big artist and my new thing is drawing on all my boring clothes i did an entire shirt and im scared to wash it today i did it on jeans to experiment now im going to wash them but is there anyway to set it? like washing it in cold water or something? thanks

An iron or heat gun will set it in. You can put a piece of wax paper or a thin towel over it if you think it will come off. I would still wash it in cold water seperately. ..especially untill you see if it's going to bleed.
