First of all you must know HTML AND CSS.

In either to code them.

You have to buy a domain for 10 bucks and then a host.

Then, you must make the name servers of the domain to link to the host.

ON the host you upload files that end with a .html extension that you can make in notepad. Then, you put the html in notepad. And save it as a .html extension. Then, you're probably started your own site.

That's the real way of doing it.
