What do I need to have if I want to set up an enterprise in the USA.

I am hungarian, live in Hungary...

It depends on what kind of company you want. But for sure, you need money, employees and executives, share holders and much more. Google "How to start a business". Don't start at enterprise, other wise you won't get far. Start from the bottom and work your way up. Start a small business -> medium business ->large business -> enterprise

Yes, but what about the AFA and then you still have to pay the duties on  top of that. Plus the vehicles in America are terrible compared to a skoda, lada or even trabant. It's not worth it in my opinion.

But if you want to set up a corporation it's pretty simple. You do need to have a physical address for taxation purposes. Just chose a state and file the fees. You can easily do all this for about $500 or less online.

Then you would need to get a U.S. tag which again would require proof of insurance and ownership registration of the auto. I would say. You could probably pay someone about $1000 and they would do this for you and then you would need to get a container and have it shipped over. That would be about $850-$1400. So, all together about $2500 or so not including duties or AFA. Of course if you have a KFT over there you will get your AFA back.

Instead of cars you need to send over lawnmowers and other consumer lawn equipment.
