How to set up an evening for progressive dining?

I would like to have a fundraiser for our local chamber, and I've been to a progressive dining event but I do not know how to set one up the proper way, I only know a few things that I remember from when I was at one.

Well..you can hop from location to location and travel by bus.....with wine tasting on the bus between stops.

They're a lot of fun!
