  1. Yeah, like yo-han said you will need a stiffer spring for your weight. If you set the race sag for your weight with the stock spring the static sag will be wrong. The folks at Pro Circuit can help you with spring selection.

  2. about the only thing i know of is to play around with the pre-load on your rear shocks, but with your weight, you may need them set pretty high or you'll bottom out

  3. You could wait till your next service is due and get it done at the service centre by the qualified mechanic.  OR if you are in a hurry ...

Search for your instruction manual where it will be clearly mentioned.  Undo the seat and get the tool kit out.  You may need to turn the suspension up by a couple of notches.  No harm in trying it yourself.  Clean the surfaces first, it might help matters.  Damping & preload are two seperate things.  Adjusting for your weight is called preload.  Adjusting for howfast your shockup reacts is called damping.  Your manual will guide you.

  4. stock springs are made for a 150 pound rider, you need stiffer springs to begin.  then just set the sag and make small adjustments to the clickers until its just right.  get a factory manual, it will give troubleshooting guides and etc.
