How to set up seperate inbox's

I have 3 PC's on a router. My isp allows 8 email accounts. I know how to set it up using Outlook on one PC and Windows Mail on another. Both accounts recieve the same email. Is there a way to get seperate inbox's?

I'm assuming that you've only setup 1 email account out of the 8 email accounts allowed by your ISP.  If so then here's what you have to do:

1) Create your 2nd account through your ISP

2) Setup your 2nd account on the 2nd computer email client

Otherwise if I got it wrong, please provide more details on number of accounts that you have setup via your ISP and how those things are setup in each of your email clients.
