  1. One way is to let a consultation agency take care of all the details, such as registering with the Singapore Companies, making employment pass etc etc...


  2. I know a guy who can do all these for people in Singapore.

    That will save you a lot of running.

    Nice guy and his charges is reasonable.

    Email me what you want and preferred way to contact, I'll forward it to him.

    As for the price, I leave it to both of you to discuss.

  3. probably u should think of what kinda business that u wish to set up because there are a lot of different requirements for different nature of business.

    E.g. Setting up a food stall, the staffs will be require to go for medical checkups and injections.

    Also there will be stuff like licensing issue. E.g. If u wish to set up a small provision shop, u will need (think its) liquor license in order to sell beer etc in ur shop....

    Think its better for u to do some research first before serious actions.
