  1. It's hard to tell from the pics, but here's a thought.

Is there a s***w long enough to go through the clip and into the wall?

If so, put the U shaped clip around the rack bar.  Put the s***w through both holes in the clip.  s***w the clip to the wall with the s***w through the clip.

If not, is there a smaller s***w?  If so, use the smaller s***w through one whole and into the wall.  Put up both clips.  Then snap the rack bar into the U on the wall.

    Hope this helps.

  2. Zephania has the right idea....I looked at Country Supply and their photo showed the "U" shaped clip wrapping around the top bar of the rack..it looks like ther e should be two of them and looking at the picture it seems like you bend them to sort of wrap around the top bar and not just hang into it..it acts as a support.

    Edit------

Ok..I think I have a better solution as well as sturdier...the rod on top loos to be about 1/4" to 1/2" in diameter...at the hardware store in the electrical department there are "Pipe Hangers" that are shaped like a hook and the pipe or in this case the rod would rest in the "hook".  It would be one sided so the back would s***w to the wall and then just set the upper rod into it.  Similar to the bottom part but round to accomodate the rod.

    Hope i made this understandable!!

I'm trying to think of a better way to describe but I'll post this for now!!
