Question:

How to sew tight pants?

well i have these pants. and the legs are too big sooo i wanna take them in to make them more tight. so when i cut the legs do i cut right on the outer side seam up the pant leg?? or right next to the outer seam?

and how far up do i cut? up to the knee or all the way to the waist???

then when i wanna take it in do i cut off the previous outer thick seam??? then make my own new one???

  1. stop right there!!! don tcut yet. only cut once youre sure theyre right.

    i have to do this all the tim cus my pants never fit.

    1. turn them inside out and sew from the bottom( otherwise the seams wont match and itll look funny. )

    2. go up and over the crotch (the rise may end up to be a bit lower)

    3. come down to the bottome of the leg and backstitch and ur done!
