How to shape my chest and belly?

Should i do cardiovascular exercises first, such as jumproping to reduce body weight. im 15 and wiegh 150 lbs. After that should i do pushups and situps?

  1. Hey again, read the answer I gave you before and for abs-

    Sit ups-When you do these, it's better if you cross your arms across your chest, each hand grabbing the opposite side shoulder. Don't hold them behind your head. If you do, then make sure not to pull on your head at all, you can strain your neck and even pinch a nerve. Other exercises you can do are leg raisers. You lay flat on your back on the ground, hands underneath your lower back to support it, with legs extended straight outward, then just lift them straight up above the ground. Don't lift them all the way straight up so your body is at a 90° angle, just lift them about 6 inches off the ground, then hold it for a bit, and back down. Keep doing that for a good number of reps.

    You can also put your legs straight up so your body is at a 90° angle, and with your legs to the sky, just lift them straight up, lifting your buttocks off the ground as well and keeping your hands underneath your lower back for support.

    There are tons of other exercises, just experiment a little, ask around or look it up. Just make sure they burn, but not hurt. There's a difference.

    Jump roping is also a pretty good exercise. You should do that anyways because it does help with cardio. That type of exercise and weightlifting especially, are good for increasing your metabolism and losing weight. Weightlifting can even be better than running for losing weight and improving metabolism.
