How to share my picture on computer that was sent to me by cell phone?

i sent a picture of me that was on my phone to my e mail adress on computer and now how do i use my picture for certain things

Open your e-mail and save the picture in your "my pictures" file. Most website and message boards require an html code to post pictures and you can get that by uploading them to a website like photobucket or picturetrail

open the e-mail and then the picture

when its open right click on it and click save image as...

then save it and you can do whatever you want with it

I'm sure there are easier ways to do it, but when I send a pic from my phone to my email: I first save the picture to my computer (but make sure you save it in a place you can find it easily...I would recommend to your desktop for your first try). Then I open the pic (from the file I saved it to on my computer) in paint or something and edit the size and such and resave it. Like I said, there are probably eaiser ways to do it, but this is the only one I know and it works for me. goodluck!
