  1. I don't think that is possible.... except maybe...

    It may be possible by using  Microsofts Media Center Edition

    with a MCE compliant TV tuner.  I think they have something else called Media Center Extender that receives it at the other end..... not sure.  You do the research... I listed  a link in the source below.
