How to sharpen USED Rotary Blades?

Question

I need to know how to sharpen used Rotary Blades.I have found NO one in my Area who could help me.Even limited the sharpen knifes and scisores.

Enna this used to be common practice, but blades  are so cheap, they are recycled and new one purchased, if you are talking about circular saw blade.  You need to post additional information.

Old fashion way the good ol' file, there are flat ones , round ones and triangular ones.
