How to sharpen blurry handwriting...

Well, I really need helping fixing up this photo of a message. Problem is, it's really really blurry, and on Adobe Photoshop CS2, I've tried sharping it, and just messing around. Nothing I have done can make the handwritting legible.

Any suggestions?

If it's a scan of a photo, and you've done all you know, I can only suggest blowing up the picture at a photo store, then trying it again.  Each time you make a change in a picture in any graphics program, it does tend to blur it, and so you have to sharpen it, which sometimes won't work as you saw....

Sorry, that's all I can think of... I just woke up and haven't had my java yet! ROFLH...
