Question:

How to shed a gut? More deets inside.?

I am 14, and I weigh about 125. I'm not fat by any means, I just have a gut that I'd like to use. I'm getting the Wii Fit soon, so any ideas on diet plan and excersizes? I don't have any weights so that's not in the question. But, I do have a bike! And I can do crunches.

  1. At your age, it really shouldn't take more than that to monitor your weight.  You're only 14, so it's pretty safe to assume that you'll get taller within the next few years, so your body is going to change completely.  Don't obsess too much.
