how can u shift without the clutch on a motorcycle?

  1. Say your riding in first gear, and you want to shift up. All you do is let off the gas (don't accelerate/ don't twist the throttle), so move it back to its standard position. Then shift up or down, and then get back on the gas (twist the throttle). When you get used to it, you can shift faster. Ex: Take off in first gear, quickly move throttle back to normal position, shift up, and back on the gas again.


  2. once your rolling, throttle up and back, shift just as your idling back.  With a little practice  you can shift on the roll almost as if not as good as with clutch.
