How to shrink a pair of shorts?

Question

what can i do to shrink some shorts? they're made out of polyester so what setting in my dryer could shrink them?

ps without gaining weight

Good Morning!

Its not really the dryer that shrinks the things....Its actually the washer-machine! Set your washer on the hottest it can go,put it on slow wash,then after they are done,put them into the dryer and when they come out they will be shrunken!
