To sign in to Yahoo Groups thru their homepage go to: http://groups.yahoo.com and then click on the section that says, "Sign In" and it will take you to the screen to type your username and password.  Then click "Ok" and it will take you to the Yahoo Groups' homepage.

If you have a Yahoo Mail account and are signed in for your e-mail to get to Yahoo Groups you can go back to the Yahoo homepage and click on "Groups" (this is how I get to Yahoo Groups sometimes) and it will take you to the Yahoo Groups homepage.

when you go to a group site you belong to, at the very very top middle of the page if you're not signed in, it will say Sign In which is a link- click that and a sign in box will pop up next page. when you go to a group now signed in, it will say at the top Weclome <yahoo ID> and underneath Sign Out, My Account
