Bore sighting is out, the muzzle break gets in the way.

I have spent over 11,000 on the weapon and scope, and do not feel like spending another 500 for a lazer bullet boresighter.

So, please if anybody knows a good trick then let me in on it, thanks in advance!

  1. Spend the $500.

  2. Sight in at 25 yard using a lull sheet of news paper as a target, and work your way out to 100.

    Good luck

  3. I am not sure how one of those disassembles, but if you can actually see down the bore with the bolt out, and the stock off of it, you can bore sight it the old fashioned way.

Look down the bore at a target, maybe 50 yards away, and center that target in the center of the bore. Without disturbing the rifle, adjust your scope until until the crosshairs are on the center of the target you have centered in your bore. When you are satisfied that you have done this correctly and to the best of your ability, testfire and adjust your sights. This will get you "on the paper" at 100 yards. You will have to work out your sight setting from there.

I always have gotten good results this way, I hope it works for you also.
