How to sing vietnamese music

since vietnamese is an atonal language

and sometimes you have con lam cai(higher) do( higher) roi(lower)

how would you sing vietnamese music i wonder becuase if vietnam could figure out how to sing an atonal lagnuage i am fascinated

  2. I don't understand your question clearly because I'm not really good in English but I think I've got what you mean.

    Is it you call Vietnamese is an atonal language because it has the accent marks? (con làm(lower) cái(higher) đó( higher) rồi(lower)

    Because of the accent so it's a little harder to write the lyric for a Vietnamese song. With a sentence in English, you can sing it in different melodies. But in Vietnamese, the melody must match the accent of the words.

    But it doesn't matter too much, cause we still have many many wonderful songs.
