How to size your swim goggles online?

If you're an adult, then goggles that aren't marked for kids (or as Jr. sizes) will fit. However, some styles of goggles fit certain faces better than others. Don't buy goggles online until you're sure how a certain brand and style fits on your face.

Go to a sporting goods store, a health club store, or even Target usually has good goggles in stock in the summer. Take the goggles out of the box there and try them on before purchasing. Most places let you do this.

First, try them on without the headstrap. When pressed against your face the goggles should stay there for a few seconds. You may even hear a suctioning sound. If that works, try it with the headstrap. There shouldn't be any pinchy feeling around your eye sockets or your nose. The goggles should feel kind of tight and close to your face, but not uncomfortably so. Once you find a style you like, buy all you want online.

Buy them and then adjust them if you need to I buy tons of goggles online and I never adjusted them.

There are no sizes in goggles. If they're too big or small, just adjust the straps. Its' really simple. most goggles also come with multiple nosepieces, so you can use other sizes if the nosepiece is too big or small.
