  1. well just got to bed earlier and you should get better i have the same problem

You can try tea, not only is it warm, but they actually have one called Sleepy Time, another one of my favorites is sold at any Vitamin store or Health Food store and it's called Moon Drops, completely natural, it's made from bark and flowers but tastes like a sweet candy, or you could try the old fashioned warm milk

  3. Exercise is a great help, it uses your excess energy and helps with a good night sleep. All doctors recommend it over medication plus it helps the heart and keeps down any stress levels
