How to sleep better at night?

for the past few days i havent been sleeping that good..i always have a million thoughts running through my mind...lol my whole house is like asleep except me..except my mom cause shes a light sleeper..any tips on how to sleep better at night? i tend to think of scary things in bed too...lol...

  1. drink hot tea (mint or herbal) or milk take a warm shower read a book or watch tv or just think of somthing boreing o COUNT ELEPHANTS

    THEY ARE BIGGER AND SLOWER THEN SHEEP IT REALLY WORKS TRUST ME!!!!

  3. Same here. You may have insomnia.

    Look it up on google.. you may find you have some... symptoms? I guess you could say...

    Other than that, excercise daily... you will sleep easier at night.

  5. try to think of something that makes you happy.... try to have a full day so by the time you get inside your house  your exhausted.. take deep breaths. it helps relax you..  

  6. drink warm tea or milk. that should help. avoid drinking stuff that has caffeine like coffee after 4pm

    or take a nice shot of tequila :)

    watch tv until your tired.

    sing a song.

    listen to music.


  9. when i had sleep difficulty before, i m********e or drink something warm before going to bed.

    use your bed for sleeping only and not other activities such as watching tv, eating, etc.

  10. i just answered a question like this again may sound weird but masturbating helps ease your mind and relax's you. Plus it's kind of hard to be horny when thinking about scary things.

  11. Lol you sound alot like me.. You should try waking up early.. then that night you'll be more tired...  then your body will get used to the new schedule..
