A week ago I changed my sleeping pattern.I go to bed around 8:00 In the morning and wake up 6:00 in the evening.Its now 11:00pm and I want to sleep so I can get back to my normal sleeping pattern but how do I do this if I woke up 5 hours ago after getting 8 hours of sleep?I wouldn't be able to sleep.So??Thanks...
