  1. will you be changing your patterns often as this is a hard one?

but just going back to normal night sleeping - have a physical day if you can, walk (anywhere, it can be around shops or out in the fresh air just keep going for a long walk) clean the house or yard keep going and back off the caffiene drinks a few hours before sleep.

The worst thing you can do is worry, it will adjust in time

  2. Take a benadril tonite and set a clock if you need a nap during the day so that you are cateful not sleep too long

  3. I've been like this before and had to stay up 24 hours to get my sleep back on schedule.

It's kinda hard so drink lots of coffee or other caffeine during the day tomorrow.

    Good luck!

  4. sometimes its more easy to stay up all night and the next day until you are really tired tomorrow night than to try and sleep twice in one day

  5. do all the things you can to relax such as drink warm milk, take hot bath, do deep breathing, get into your nice soft bed with clean sheets and a fan for white noise and then read until you get sleepy. don't fight it when it comes. I hope these suggestions help you. One night should get you back on track. tomorrow morning, try to stay awake the whole day until tomorrow night.
