Okay, I may have a problem, I don't feel sleepy but I really do want to sleep, I sleep late, I set my alarm to 6:50 AM, when it rings I just open my eyes and click the snooze button, therefore my question or question(s) are:
1.) How to prevent myself from clicking the snooze button early in the morning.
2.) How to sleep when you are not sleepy
3.) Other tips

Thanks alot guys, I don't want answers like: that is to early wake up later. I want to get up at 6:50 AM so I can catch my flight on Staurday morning.
