How to slice meat?

how to slice meat and make the meat slice looks equal thickness?

Buy a carving fork to guide your knife,,and make sure that you have a good, long-bladed and sharp carving knife or an electric one. People are not so fussy about these things as they used to be and at home a lot of cooks are content to just hack the joint around into relatively even portions..but it just does not look as appetising does it?
