Okay, so all of my friends tell me that they think I'm fat and that I need to lose weight. They're all pretty slim themselves, and their slim figure comes naturally to them. Well for me on the other hand, I am very curvy, and I'm only 13! I'm going to be 14 later on in September though! Well, I'm 5'2" and I'm 115 pounds. I don't want to be super skinny or anything...but I was wondering how would I be able to tone down and lose weight? Like maybe 10 or 15 pounds (if it's healthy)? I would really like to lose weight on my bulky legs too. I do taekwondo, so most of it is muscle. I also have pretty large arms, and I'm VERY self-conscious about them! Please help me!
