Question:

How to slim down and feel confident? ?

Okay, so all of my friends tell me that they think I'm fat and that I need to lose weight. They're all pretty slim themselves, and their slim figure comes naturally to them. Well for me on the other hand, I am very curvy, and I'm only 13! I'm going to be 14 later on in September though! Well, I'm 5'2" and I'm 115 pounds. I don't want to be super skinny or anything...but I was wondering how would I be able to tone down and lose weight? Like maybe 10 or 15 pounds (if it's healthy)? I would really like to lose weight on my bulky legs too. I do taekwondo, so most of it is muscle. I also have pretty large arms, and I'm VERY self-conscious about them! Please help me!

  1. Girlfriend... The only thing you should lose are your friends. Not to be rude, but your "friends" are being rude. They should understand and know better. You're young and the last thing on your mind should be to lose weight. That's pretty much an average weight for your age and height. If it makes you feel better, you should try out for a sports team, like cheer leading, soccer, or track. Once your body is functioning well with exercises, you'll feel free  and healthy. That's all that matters, that you become a healthy young woman!
