How to slow cook beef ribs so they fall off the bone

i want to slow cook this rack of beef ribs but i dont know what temp to cook them at and for how long should i cook em...i want the meat to fall off of the bone

  1. When I make ribs, I always make sure to first remove the silverskin (the white membrane on the bony side of the rib rack). You can easily pull it off using a papertowel. Then liberally pat  a dryrub into the meat on both sides. I then wrap in plastic wrap and then 2 layers of heavy duty aluminum foil. I know that sounds strange, but the plastic wrap won't melt -I promise.  Then place foil packets into a 250 degree oven for 2 and 1/2  hours. The ribs will be tender and moist. Whenever I use this method, there are never any leftovers.


  2. Put them in the crock with a bit of water and some onions. Sprinkle what ever seasonings that you like on them. Do remember to turn them now and then. Cook on high a couple hours, Then reduce the heat to low and cook overnight or around 4 hours. When they begin to fall off the bone drain off all the grease. Pour your sauce on them and heat till they  the sauce is warm. DO NOT COOK THEM LONG IN SAUCE . That is what turns into grease. Enjoy !

  3. You will need to do it for as long as possible at 150, several hours at least in the oven, checking it does not dry out.

    Alternatively invest in a slow cooker, chop veggies, chuck them in, add some stock then seasoned ribs - you might have to separate them or get them cut down to size.  And leave.  8 hours on low should be plenty.  If you are not ready turn to auto or warm (depending on the model of slow cooker and food will be kept warm without further cooking.

  4. if u are using a pressure pan cook for 8-10 min, then flesh will automatically comes out of ribs
