How to slow down my marquee.?

i have a marquee code with pictures going across my screen and i dont want it to start going until someone looks at it. how can i do this?

you cant make it wait to start til someone looks at it - they always start as soon as the page loads - but you can slow them down... explained here

Change the number to a slower amount for instance if it says marquee>4, change it to 2... the lower the number the slower it'll be..
