How to solve NERO error saying server busy?

Question

when i open nero startsmart or nero express i get this message saying that server busy.. i had an option "SWITCH TO or RETRY" when i press "SWITCH TO" , the START on my taskbar will open, and nothing happens.. i had to press RETRY several times before i can proceed to nero. How to resolve this problem?

Its the problem of software[nero] or hardware[cdrom]

Check this

>Uninstalll software & reinstall it

If the problem arise again

clean cd rw lens

if this wont work check cd drive connection & even gettechnicianian to fix the problem
