How to solve africa food shortage?

If you donate food and money, country becomes reliant on other nations like it has and looses key living skills, if you don't country starves like it is right now

Send them a mass of solar panels and specially desighned pre fab buildings desighned to recreate an enviroment where food will grow and rather than major corperations sending over bottled water as part of a major advertising campaign, get them to donate a ship and running costs so that we can send it ourselves.

You solve it by firstly limiting population growth. Then you can teach the people there how to tend and care for the land which is capable of feeding them all. Of course, on the way you have to get rid of all the corruption and inefficiency. In other words the problem lies with the people but of course this is true for any society.

First of all their government needs to stop treating their people in such a manner! Africa is a very rich continent and has very rich leaders! They need to stop thinking of themselves and more about the state of their people!
