How to solve computer problem: asks for admin password even in safe mode.?

Question

When I start my computer it logs as administrator and asks for administrator password which I don't have. I also tried in safe mode and it's the same problem. I don't have any passwords on my PC because it's only me who uses it and I haven't had this problem so far.

Maybe you have a computer virus and your computer has been hijacked/hacked is a possibility. You can call the place where you bought the computer and ask them for the computer manufacturer's 800 number where you can order a system restore disc. I got one from HP for $17 and it came fast. Run that disc and it should start you from scratch and erase any viruses ...and then you probably should add anti-virus software, like Norton, etc.
