How to solve when Yahoopersonals charges for 6 mo when you wanted ONE month and they refuse to correct ??

Moved from another state. Used Yahoo personals to meet someone new for ONE MONTH. Billed for 6. Asked to speak with supervisor to no avail. To top it off, only wanted to meet someone who did not drink or smoke. They sent people who do both OFTEN and who lived hundreds of miles away and who were much older than me. Any suggestions on how to get a refund?? Frustrated and angry with YAPOO!!!

Try to contact them and ask a refund or try to get in touch with a lawyer and see what you can do about the problem.
