How to soothe a sore, red nose.?

I've been going through allergies and whatnot, and suffering one of the worst side effects: a ragged, sore nose from rubbing at it with Kleenex. No amount of menthol infused kleenex will stop it from getting red and sore.

I don't ever use nasal sprays, etc. Are there any (preferably natural) remedies for soothing the soreness that would be safe to use?

Puffs Plus with lotion and aloe are the best for not irritating skin.  Now that it is red and sore, try applying eucerin cream or even Vaseline.
