How to sort group photo albums to sort by date.?

I name albums starting with date (mm/dd/yy). It works for the month and day, but not the year. Is there a limit to the number of characters the sort uses ?

No, there is no limit to the number of characters the sort uses.  The trick to getting these to sort completely chronologically is in how you format the date - instead of using mm/dd/yy , whichsorts from the beginning of a year to the end of a year, use yy/mm/dd to get the years to sort correctly also.
