How to speed up my internet?

i have a ie and i want to know how to speed it up.I ran a speed test many time and i mostly get about 1341download 326 up.

my history is also all delete. plz help me and also tell me ur internet speed if u can

Clean up your hard drive and run a disk defragmenter to wipe out the bugs and compress the files together.

Use c-cleaner to rid the problem.
