Well you want to increase the amount of seeds that you are recieving. Most Torrent software offer insentive if you speed up the Upload Rate and give you priority.

Torrents are always very slow...

Most of the times, you probably just need to adjust some of the ports.  Or you could also upgrade to a faster internet speed.

and follow the step-by step instructions, you will need to pause it so you can adjust your utorrent.

This works perfectly for me, increased the speeds a great amount.
