How to speed up videos?

on youtube people got videos and they are sped up so they sound like chipmunks, how do you speed up your videos?

Without knowing which media player you're using it's difficult to offer specific advice.  However, if you're using Windows Media Player you can adjust music or video playback speed this way:

Click Now Playing, click the Select Now Playing options button, point to Enhancements, and then click Play Speed Settings. In the Enhancements pane, move the Play Speed slider to the speed at which you want to play the content, or click the Slow, Normal, or Fast link. If you want to select speeds between the labeled play speeds, uncheck  the "Snap slider to common speeds" check box.

Other media players should have their own instructions on how to change the playback speed.
