  1. Follow his advice from above, but also use Fastpasses.  You use your admission ticket to get them at the ride (not all rides have them) and it gives you a timeslot to come back later.  You can go anytime after the beginning of the timeslot, even after the timeslot closes.  You get into a separate Fastpass line, which is MUCH shorter.  Try to get on you MUST RIDE rides early, but if the lines are already long then get a fastpass.  Remember, though, that you can only have one fastpass at a time within a 2 hour window.  But you can have them at the same time in the two separate parks.  Hope this helped and have fun!

  2. In addition to what others have said, realize that you won't be able to do everything at both parks in one day.  Just accept that and don't stress about it.

Decide on your "must see" attractions for each park, and aim for those.  Consider anything else you have time for to be bonuses.

Disney is a fun place; you'll have a great time.  And anything you can't do this time will just give you something to look forward to for next time.

  3. START EARLY is the best advice!!

  4. start early. try to get there before the park opens so you can be the first to get in. then go to the most popular rides first. Make a list of your "Cant miss", "Don't want to miss". and "Don't Mind if i miss" rides. and go on them in that order. that way if you miss something, you won't be as upset. an example, if i miss the Carousel, no big deal.

  5. dont worry you should be fine. i usually only go for 2 days and im fine. make sure you hit all your favorites on the first day in case you cant the 2nd day. Fast passes are you friends and get there about 10 minutes before the park opens to get in line and then go towards a wet ride such as splash mountain. thats what i did and we were able to go on it 6 times in a row becasue there was NOBODY there. California Adventures you should have no problem with cause its not usually packed except the grzzly bear ride. get a fastpass, you will get on it n about 10 minutes with it. Fast passes are not good with the like indiana jones (casuse you just skip people outside) just have fun and dont worry so much!

have fun at d.land and tell mickey i say hi (:

  6. Disneyland opens at 8, so get in line by 730. Run to Space Mountain and get a fastpass. Then go to Buzz lightyear, Peter Pan, Mr. Toad, and rest of the fantasyland dark rides. By this time, you should be eligible for another fastpass, so go to Indiana Jones, and get another fastpass. Then ride Space Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted Mansion, and Thunder Mountain. Then retun to Indiana Jones with your fastpass. For Splash Mountain, if you and your friends dont mind riding separately, I recommend using the single rider line. The wait is 10 minutes max. Don't bother waiting in line for the Finding Nemo ride. It is so not worth it. At noon head over to California adventure, and immediately get a fastpass for Soarin over California, then ride Monsters Inc. and Tower of Terror. I don't care for any of the other rides at Cali. Adventure.

No matter what, you can't miss the fireworks at Disneyland. Make sure you get to the front of the castle a few hours before fireworks begin so u can secure a good spot. I recommend taking a deck of cards to pass the time.
