How to start a LPAM station?

I want to start a LPAM station but need some pointers. Any help? I have researched tons of websites and catalogs.

There are no real LPAM stations in the US for license. Most LPAM stations are usually classified as part 15 or current carrier stations.

But you never said what pointers you are looking for. Without knowing your goals, it's hard to give you the pointers to start a lower powered community radio station.
