How to start a boarding stable for horses?

Other than all the legal stuff--it's going to be just a small business, and we already have a boarding agreement to use. Anyway, the farm is currently for dairy cows but the cows will be out by next year. (For a while they will be sharing the place with the horses.) I'd just like to know how to transform an old dairy barn into a great horse place. Any creative and outside-the-box ideas will be much appreciated! And thank you in advance for answers

    indoor arena

    horse walker

    full set of show jumps

    cross country course

    horse washing device

    trailer hire

    barn

    rubber matting in all of the stables

    trailer park

    the more extras you have the more popular it will be
