How to start a drink stand ???????????????????????

i live near this beach and i want to sell drinks there but i dont know where to start or what to sell

You more than likely would need a selling or vending permit - I would find where that is and get one. Then I'd hit up Sam's Club and buy beverages in bulk and raise the price 200% per bottle. Good luck.

You need a vendor license and possibly a business license and a tax ID. All of the requirments are different from state to state, county to county, and town  by town. If the beach is a different town or county than where you live you will most likely need to get multiple licenses. Check your local governments.

Go to the store and buy some cokes water Dr.Pepper gatorade and whatever else then get a cooler with ice in it and put your drinks in then make a sign out of cardboard advertising along with the price hope i helped

You didn't specify where you are from, so this applies to the UK (but it may apply to you also wherever you live):

Find a small building you could buy/rent near there, build a small building/hut there or try out of a van (like you get burger vans in the UK).

You will probably need to get certain permits and checks in order to sell beverages, so ask at your local council.

Before you do anything, try starting off with a questionnaire/survey and ask around the beach. Here's some sample questions you could use:

What kind of drinks should be served?

Should snacks be served too?

What hours should it be open?

What theme could the stand/hut/bar be?

Take-away service or sit-in?

How much should the drinks cost?

Be aware of any similar outlets before you pour your life savings into this, in case of any popular rivals.

And don't do ANYTHING without council permission, or you'll get into trouble!

Get a wheelbarrow, a machete, a bunch of coconuts, a box of straws, some rum and some vodka. Make a sign that says"COCO-LOCO'S" ~ $5.00

Push the wheelbarrow up and down the beach, when somebody wants one, chop the top off a coconut with the machete, pour in a couple shots of their booze of choice, stick a straw in it, collect the  $$ and wait for the crowd to gather!
