How to start a football league in my county?

I have a football team ready with equipment and a coach. I don't want to travel far, only within my county or surrounding counties. This is just for fun, but i was wondering how i can get other cities to make a team and get a season going?

I don't know. But It might be a good idea to ask some sort of governing body, maybe a mayor of your town. Get permission from the big man and find a way to advertise it. Everyone wants to play some football, I'd say. If your country is in Europe, make sure to advertise to the tough guys. ;)

Well I have organized leagues before. You simply have to start hitting the pavement. You simply go placing adds in the paper of your intentions. Most leagues have a registration fee, this pays for the costs for officials that demand to be paid along with home games and

vistor games rental of the field.

All depends on the cost of havingthe league fun or competitive, the league must produce insurance, and the other teams must have the equipment as well.

Best thing to do is get with another league president that is currently running an existing league. Get some pointers from him on how to make this a reality for you.

This process can take some time as well, it all depends on player

interest, a filed to practice and play on along with other costs that it takes to have a program in a league.

So get with league president from a league that already exsist. Get the do's and don'ts from him. Folow his advice and simply conduct

a meeting with other team coaches or owners and go down with the rules of the league , season length, playoff system, and other things important to keep the league running smoothly,, also you need to come up with a fair fee for all to pay ,help pay for the costs that will occur, such as insurance , rental fee for place to play and even practice along with

paying the officials.
