How to start a fundraiser or organization?

Yes I am a stay at home mom of two and I was wondering what I needed to do to start a charity or fundraiser. That I can give back to the community or people who doesn't have nothing. I don't have no money yet but I do have other items that I would like to start to give people with nothing like baby items and other ect. thanks lot

To start a non-profit organization you'll need to complete and submit an articles of corporation and by laws to your state along with the fee and they'll send you a charter. You can find the articles of corporation on the internet at the corporate divisions site for your state.
