You can use your existing domestic kitchen appliances available with you and make raw and semi-prepared domestic use items and can sell them in you neighbourhood, like grind masala from whole masala items, applams (Papad) in different flavours, dosa/idly dough or even tiffin service for migrant work force in staying  in your neigbourhood. You can start domestic laundry service, and many other items you can observe in your vicinity, which are daily needs. I heard that making Chapatis and selling them in proper packing to remain soft and wholesome for 12 hours is good business in Chennai!! If it is so, Rs. 500/= should be more than enough to start with.
