to be a successful youtuber try the partner program. the partner program is how you get the bar over your channel and such, and with the partner program youtube pays yout o make videos. the only thing is, it can take awhile before you're accepted by the partner program. ive been on the waiting list for 6 months and i know someone else who has alot of subscribers and such whose been on the waiting list for over a year. if you want to be successful, first decide what kinda of videos you want to make, make them, then just send your video to a bunch of people and ask them to watch and if they like it to sub and send the video to their friends. be sure to send them a friend invite too. its not that hard, just get a lot of friends, and watch their videos, and they'll watch yours, and a lot of people do sub for sub, so if you sub to them they'll sub back. i was famous on youtube, but then my account got hacked and buh bye famous youtube! if you have anymore questions just send me a message.

you can do both..

you can do some stuff funny but also answer peoples questions.

your just have to have something really good and interesting to talk about. you want to keep people entertained.
